Rick Hengehold

Rick has more than 20 years of experience in banking, financial services, and information technology, working primarily with privately held middle-market companies. He began his career at Mercantile Bank in St. Louis and later joined The Bank of Edwardsville in Edwardsville, IL, where he developed and managed multi-million-dollar commercial loan portfolios.

In 2008, Rick transitioned into the information technology industry and earned a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Prior to joining GCP, he served in business analysis and project management roles, leading website and software development initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies.

Today, Rick serves as a key team member focused on transaction support, technology, and go-to-market strategy for the firm—bringing together his experience in finance, systems, and process improvement to help drive internal efficiency and scalable client solutions.
